Unempathetic and borderline rude salesmen barring one friendly chap. Used to frequently buy pet food from here. They show no empathy despite that and behave indifferently or aloof and dont care to keep stock of stuff we regularly buy. Forget any empathy for our pets. They have zero connect.

I recently visited this pet store, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and I must mention Akhil bro, who was particularly helpful. They have an impressive collection of fishes, but I noticed that the color of the fish appeared different when I got home. Perhaps it was due to the lighting in the store. The prices are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality. Overall, I recommend this pet store for its friendly staff and great collection of aquarium fishes.

The store has a clean and well-organized interior, making it a pleasant place to visit. While their selection of fish isn’t extensive, they do offer a decent variety for beginners and fish enthusiasts. However, the main concern is the value for money. I purchased different types of fish from here, but unfortunately, none were in good health and barely lasted 1–2 weeks. In comparison, a well-known pet shop in Trivandrum (not mentioning the name) offers the same fish at more reasonable prices, and they are noticeably healthier. While it’s understandable that being located in Lulu comes with higher operational costs, that shouldn’t justify the significant markup—around 60% higher than other stores. This pricing issue extends beyond just fish; aquarium products and fish tanks are also priced significantly higher. Everything has a reasonable value, and as consumers, we deserve fair pricing for what we purchase. If you’re considering buying from here, I’d recommend weighing your options carefully.

I’m deeply disappointed with this pet store for engaging in unethical and misleading behavior. The staff here, without any veterinary qualification, tried to act like doctors and wrongly advised a pet parent that a veterinary prescription was incorrect. They claimed that a dewormer prescribed by a qualified veterinarian (Fenbendazole syrup) was “for cats, not for dogs,” which is completely false. This kind of interference not only spreads misinformation but also puts animal health at risk.Owners, please remember that only registered veterinarians are authorized to diagnose and prescribe treatment. Unqualified individuals should never question legitimate medical prescriptions. Such quack practices must be reported to the veterinary authorities immediately to prevent harm to innocent pets

The exhibits were captivating, showcasing a diverse range of marine life. Prices are a bit overpriced but that’s acceptable. They have a diverse collection in pet care accessories. Overall, a great experience that's worth a visit! 🐠🐢🦈🐙
