I have been going to a grooming centre that is a little far from my place so far. Recent came to know about Fluffy moon through a friend and it’s very close to my place as well. I decided to give it a try and it was genuinely one of the best decisions I have made. The place is extremely hygienic and the staff is highly professional. They are friendly with the pets and try to make them comfortable before taking them for the grooming which helps in avoiding the panic in pets. I have two kittens and had taken them both together. They seemed to be very comfortable calm during the grooming as well as the waiting time. After grooming, they had presented my kittens with cute little bows and they looked absolutely adorable. While I was waiting there were a few other pet owners that visited with the pets and I was able to see how the staff interact with the pets before the grooming. I cannot explain how happy I was to see the interaction and the time they take to make sure that the pets are comfortable. It is very clear that the place not only runs a business but a place that genuinely cares about pet care. Moving forward, fluffy moon will be my preferred pet care centre and I will be recommending the place to other pet owners as well. Genuinely happy to find such a nice place so close to my house.
