Pathetic service and unprofessional staff…they just did pathetic grooming of my retriever…the owner also equally irresponsible

I took my cat after she fell from two floors. The doctor attended to her very calmly, was highly observant, and resolved the issue without any unnecessary medications or procedures.

Worst Experience Ever I brought my cat here only because it wasn’t eating anything at home. When I brought it here, it was extremely weak and barely able to stand. The doctor just gave some medicine meant only for deworming, without even properly checking the cat’s actual condition. The medicine itself probably cost just around ₹200–₹300, but he charged ₹850 as consulting fees — with no proper examination or prescription given. The most painful part is that I took my cat there at night, and by the next morning, it had died. So what kind of “care” is this hospital providing for pets?

As Biomedical Engineer ,i get to work with 100 s of vets ,i ve met a lot passionate doctor as well ,but Dr. Nidhin Kamal is different from others!
