He explain things soo well and will always be there to assist over phone when in time of an emergency ( you know how we behave when our pets need immediate assistance). Needless to say about his behaviour towards us and pets ❤️. He’s humble, calm , friendly, patient & sweet. He never prescribes any harsh medicines or recommend unecessary prescriptions.Anything prescribed will be mild ( as humans) and will only go for antibiotics / higher dose if and only the condition demands.Always my go to person for my babies (Conure parrot & Shih Tzu) .
