I visited this place today morning and wanted to drop my dogs for boarding. The number of a madam was provided for calling purpose but i am trying since morning and nobody is responding.

I wanted to drop my 7 month old Labrador puppy at this place. On phone I was told that there are AC and non AC sections. When I actually saw the place, the non AC section was OK and there were 4-5 dogs. But I wanted to see the AC section because that's where I was planning to leave my dog. The caretaker was quite hesitant to show me the AC section and said there are no dogs there right now. But when I insisted he took me there and I was shocked to see a pug tied in that section and the AC was switched off. Some owner had paid for the AC section for their dog and the poor dog was kept there without AC and fan. This really put me off because that could have been my dog. They were not only cruel to that animal but they also lacked integrity. Other than this the pool is actually very small and didn't even have water. After seeing all this I just could not drop my puppy at this place.

We are using pet services and pet Hostel since last 10 yrs. Pawar mama and rest of the staff is very helpful. Daily basis update on pet's walk ,food and Enjoyment is shared with pet parents. We are very happy with all services provided.

Great experience. Mac is handled very beautifully by the staff and hostel members. We have been trustfully leaving him at the PetsHotel since 2013 whenever we are out for our work. Dr. Onkar's staff is very cooperative and knowledgeable. Mac has always received perfect treatment whenever he has taken ill. Thanks so much Dr. O and his team (medical as well as PetsHotel) ❤️
