My Scooby 2 years golden retriever had some skin issue, so was recommended by vet to completely trim him. Due to weekend that was only available time and made a sudden enquiry and appointment, which was accepted. The collar squad team very nicely handled n groomed my dog. Place is also good hygienic. Rates are also reasonable. Thank you 👍🙏😊

I recently took my 5-month-old Maltipoo to The Collar Squad for a simple hair wash and haircut, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Before the appointment, I shared a clear reference picture and was assured they could achieve that style. However, on arrival, the process felt unprofessional — one person handled the wash while the owner did the haircut, and the end result looked nothing like the reference provided. What concerned me more was transparency and attitude. When my partner asked whether she was a certified groomer, the owner admitted she was not and said she “just likes to do it.” While everyone starts somewhere and certification alone doesn’t define skill, honesty and accountability matter — especially when handling young pets. When I later raised my concerns about the outcome, the response was rude and defensive instead of acknowledging the issue. Pet grooming requires both care and professionalism because we trust you with family, not just a service. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard and I wouldn’t recommend it.
