Really unsure of what to say. It's been a terrible week. Had high hopes with this hospital. Doctor seemed great, staff was very co operative, although despite different situational efforts my kitten couldn't survive. I feel sad, when doctors are called on an emergency and they say "please get them tomorrow at 11am". We were informed it was critical the moment we brought our pet in. They made sure of it. But hey! We know the internals, we know them tricks, we will just do our best, they say. But the worst has happened. Yah allah, why this sorcery

I’ve been bringing Rex to Dr. Bapat's Pet Animal Hospital for regular checkups, and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Very worst experience I had when I admitted my loved one cat. They can't handle critical cases. They don't have expertise in serious cases. Even they don't open up with what exactly happened to pet. Only says pet will recover. I admitted for 15 days and my pet (street cat ) died next day when I got discharged from them. She was so thin that her bones were visible in that case they removed her teeth at the last stage. Don't want to give one star even. These such kind of pet clinics all over the mumbai and all over India are just money makers not kindness towards pets. Exception are there.

My aunt recommended Dr. Chandrashekar Bapat, and I came all the way from Mira Road for my kitten’s spaying. It’s really hard to find a good and reasonable vet these days, but I’m so glad I chose him. He was very gentle, explained everything clearly, and took great care of my kitten. The surgery went smoothly and she’s recovering well. The clinic is clean, and the staff are also very kind. Definitely worth the visit — highly recommend!
