Extremely unprofessional and outright dishonest. After my dog’s surgery, I bought an Elizabethan collar here for ₹490 (MRP). Since I wasn’t sure about the size, I pleaded with them to allow an exchange if it didn’t fit — they agreed. When I returned for the correct size, which was ₹360 (MRP), the staff member told me I’d get ₹200 back, since they usually give “discounts” on MRP anyway. At that moment, he even said “Sir, I’ll give it to you later, we don’t have cash right now” and pressured me by saying “the shop is closing, please do it fast.” I trusted him because I thought I’d be coming back to buy my dog’s medicines. Here’s the scam: • He never gave me a bill for the ₹490 (MRP) purchase. • On exchange for the ₹360 (MRP) collar, he first promised ₹200 back but later flat-out denied it, suddenly claiming I was only owed ₹10. • In front of his boss, he acted as if no such promise was made, pocketing the difference and leaving me no proof without a bill. So not only did he charge me full MRP despite claiming discounts, but he also cheated me out of the difference, pressured me to rush, and then gaslit me into believing it never happened. This is shameful behavior for a dispensary that is supposed to support pet owners in vulnerable moments. I chose not to fight because my priority was my recovering dog, but others deserve to know: do not trust this place with your money. Demand a bill, or better yet, take your business elsewhere. I’ll be taking this as a hard lesson — never again will I give anything in good faith to local businesses like these.
