Dog's world has been an excellent addition to the network of pet supply shops in Thane. With their wide variety of pet products we really feel coming back to visit the shop. However, over the top it is the customer service that makes it worth adding. We are very happy with the service they provide and would like to especially thank their Staff named Namrata. She provides excellent service to the customers and moreover she keeps the visit worth coming. I'd like to call upon the owners to keep adding staff like her and equally give her the desired opportunities to grow.

One of the best pet outlet in Thane, I have been attached to this shop since 2017, I have never seen a associates being non attentive, all are very attentive and calm and much more informative about products along with important medications for our four legs kids. Hygienic and refreshing atmosphere with all the availability of new products, if you encountered with non availability they make it available from their other branch which resides in thane as well. I'm highly satisfied. Keep going. Wish to see more branches in future.

The shop is overpriced but it might be what it takes to keep such a unique and varied range of pet products under one roof. The staff is polite , friendly and cordial. I find it very hard to please my little pug poppins who is very picky about toys but thanks to just dogs he has a toy he loves so much and encourages him to run around and be active.
