Terrible experience. I called them multiple times to take an appointment and no one picked up the phone. It was an emergency situation with my cat and hence I showed up at the clinic. The clinic just had two attendants who were busy playing games on the phone and not listening to your problem. They simply said take an appointment and come, doctor is not in. How am I supposed to take an appointment when no one picks up the phone? I had to find another vet nearby with whom I was luckily able to book an appointment without any hassles. Would not recommend this clinic.
