I've been buying a lot of pet items for my dogs and cat. None of the products are disappointing .. also the owner has very good knowledge to suggest the right product according. there is an doctor available but only if a appointment is fixed

I visited the store for my pet stray cat. The lady owner at the counter was very helpful. She provided us revelant information and also helped us with few tricks about dealing with stray cats. She didn't try to sell us any products which may not be necessary or applicable for us. Overall trustworthy!

Owner/worker doesn't try to sell you unnecessary products. They'll listen to your problems and needs and give efficient solution.

There is nothing lesser than 1 Star? Purchased food products from the Thane store and found some worms in it. They do not respond to complaints either. Very laid back / Poor response from the management. Dog ended up being treated by my Vet. DO NOT purchase products from them.

Been buying items for my dog. Products are good quality and store owner has found knowledge as well. Would definitely recommend to everyone having 4 legged pets
