She didn't try to sell us any products which may not be necessary or applicable for us. Overall trustworthy!

There is nothing lesser than 1 Star? Purchased food products from the Thane store and found some worms in it. They do not respond to complaints either. Very laid back / Poor response from the management. Dog ended up being treated by my Vet. DO NOT purchase products from them.
