Please don't ever go to this place. Full of money hungry Vet who have no compassion for the animals. They just see our pets as a money churning Machine.He plays with your emotions and feelings.He says your pet is serious and gives unnecessary medicine and tests and no any relief to your pet.Trust me even your pet will hate you after you take him/her to this place.

Very bad shop They don't care about customers or pet they are just busy in making data entries and stuff. Never gonna visit this shop again. They don't bother helping customers they show are really busy doing unwanted things. If I could give zero stars I would but Google doesn't allow me to. Super annoyed by the customer service........

Worst Experience. Disgusting. Disrespectful towards customer. I purchased Two 7kg bags of Purepet in ₹ 1600 at discounted rate and asked to redeem my coupon of Purepet. They refused to redeem at 1600 They asked me to pay more 400 additional only then we can give you. worst. Tgey said we only redeem coupons who purchased at ₹2000 of two bags I am ready to pay ₹ 400. still unable to redeem. They asked to pay total ₹ 600 for ni reason. they care company and customer thy were Money hungry. Talked to proprietor spoke to me rudely. staff tried to help me but of no use👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡.

This place being a Pet Hospital as well, we have to visit to get some medicines which we don't get elsewhere easily. But the staff was more interested in data entry rather than giving the medicines I required. Still I have given 3 stars because I am a nice guy and may have to keep visiting this place in future.

I visited "My Lovely Pet shop" for the general checkup of my 2 kittens/cats. Here is my observation: 1) Shop is also a pet hospital and is well equipped. It is kept clean and hygiene is maintained. 2) It is on the main road and easily accessible 3) The consulting vet was very gentle with my pet. She took time to patiently explain all the procedures and also answered all my queries 4) The place is not too crowded so the waiting time is short and vets will consult you in 10 to 15 minutes Overall I am very happy with the experience and I think my pets too would agree with me.
