Extremely disappointing experience. For the past 6 months, I have been visiting this hospital for my cat’s infection. On almost every visit, a different doctor examines the pet, and each one gives contradictory opinions, changes medicines, creams, and treatment plans. There is no continuity of care. Despite repeated tests and high bills, results are always said to be “normal”, yet the condition has not improved and has worsened over time (including abdominal fluid, excessive hunger, and frequent urination). There is no clear diagnosis, no long-term plan, only trial-and-error treatment. It feels more like a money-driven system rather than responsible veterinary care. Chronic cases require one experienced doctor and a consistent approach, which this hospital failed to provide. I would strongly NOT recommend this hospital for serious or long-term pet treatment.

I recently took my dog Bruno for his yearly vaccination and nail trimming, and it was a wonderful experience. Bruno usually gets very anxious and reactive during vet visits — it normally takes 3–4 people to hold him for vaccines or grooming. But the staff here handled him so calmly and kindly. They were very polite, well-behaved, and clearly well-trained. Dr. Rahul Mate was amazing — very kind, smart, and gentle with Bruno. He treated him with great care and patience, which made the whole process much smoother than expected. I truly appreciate how professional and compassionate the entire team was. Highly recommend this clinic for pet parents who want their pets to be treated with love and respect! 🐾
