If I can I would not even give 1 star. Terrible customer service… doesn’t even share the confirmation of purchase. No updates on the delivery of the product. There’s a number which rarely picks up the call. I had to chase for 3 days and when it was picked up I was informed that the item is not available in the store. If it wasn’t available why did u take the order nd make the promise to deliver. I asked to cancel the order and refund. The lady did she will confirm but never called back. I got a message asking them to review. It’s surely a golden handshake for shake hands.

This is order no. 175219 I have been ordering from your shop for past 3-4 years. This time when I ordered Thane store sent me only 5 Selamec spoton after ordering 6. And now nobody is picking up the phone after telling me that they will deliver the remaining one on 14 August. Nobody is even replying to the mail. I have not yet received the remaining Selamec. Nobody is bothering even to tell that if they are delivering the remaining Selamec or refunding the money.
