I’ve been sending Appu to this hostel for over a year now, and it has truly become his second home. A special mention to Nandini, who has been nothing short of a blessing. She is calm, patient, and always so cooperative, no matter how many (usually last-minute) requests I have. I genuinely appreciate how she keeps a loving eye on Appu, follows up about his grooming, and even calls to check on him if he hasn’t visited in a while. Her quick responses and thoughtful updates give me so much comfort. This time, Appu even had his first swimming session, and seeing how much he enjoyed it made me so happy. I also love that they take him for off-leash walks. Knowing that I can rely on them completely, especially during emergencies, means the world to me. Highly recommended.

We recently celebrated my golden girl Bella’s birthday at PetWags and it was truly such a special day for us. 🐾🎉 The team put in so much effort to make everything perfect - from the lovely setup to how smoothly the entire event (games for pets and hoomans) was managed. Their warmth and genuine care for both the pets and the pet parents really stood out. Everyone felt comfortable, welcomed, and had a great time. Bella couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. Very good pet boarding facility. They took absolutely good care of my baby. Best part was they understood my anxiety as first time pet parent and leaving my pet in boarding. Nandini was extremely patient with me. Very happy with the service. I also opted for grooming service which was very good and well done. 👍

We were invited to PetWags for a vet session with Dr Kush alongwith our pet Elsa. It was a very good information sharing session and the Doctor clarified our doubts and answered our questions patiently and clearly. They have a good ample place with nice grassy patch for dogs to walk and roll on . The boarding facilities are good and clean. The moment my Elsa saw the swimming pool she just dived in and swam to her heart's content which was a good thing for her on this hot Oct Sunday. Overall the place has good vibes with friendly help staff and admin Nandini and I am looking forward to leaving my pet for a happy boarding experience here.
