Fluffy Puppy Pet Store and GROOMING

The person who operates the store is not a good person . He has some huskies in the store … He keeps the dog in the cage full of potty and pee Also has a big dog who is always in the cage. I took my husky twice to him. Once he foiled my dogs nails so much that the pink part was poking out And then second time he takes full money 2200/- But then he doesn’t complete the service. After number of reminders he cleaned the ears After coming home I noticed that his hygiene area and paws are not trimmed which is the part of the service. On complaining he started chatting very rude. And said to not bring my dog there. Also sent me msgs against my dogs which will hot me emotionally. He doesn’t seem a good person. He was asking me not to go inside while bathing my dog. I doubt if my dog was even safe. He also spoil other dog shops names by saying anything about them so that we dont go there again. Not recommended to go to this store atall

The 1 star which I have given here is only for the bath & grooming service which is the only good thing about this store. Though its absurd to watch the huskeys kept in the grooming room & also the weird smell in the room, i would give it a pass compared to the 3 horrible experiences i have had post which I decided to post this review. 1st experience (Sep 2022) - Had placed my 1st order of N&D 12kg & paid full advance to them on 18th sep 2022 & was promised delivery in 4 days. However, after rigorous follow up, i received the food on 28th sep night. I had to purchase a small bag of N&D so that my pet doesnt stay hungry. However, i didnt make it a issue considering it to be a genuine mistake & good discount offered by the store (20% on MRP). 2nd experience (March 2023) - Had placed my order on 16th & finally after 14 days of time waste, i had to visit the store personally on 30th march to collect the refund in cash. The reasons of delay included 1. Someone's dog got infected 2. Son's birthday 3. Mobile got formatted 4. Wife's pregnancy 5. Refund not getting paid online 6. Scanner not working. I literally wasted my precious manhours amidst my busy work schedule following up with this pathetic store owner/operator who claims to earn lakhs but fails to refund a small amount of his customer. I decided not to buy anything from this store ever until i faced my worst nightmare. 3rd & Last experience (April-May 2023) - This gentleman named Aniket deshmukh who claims to be the owner/worker or whatever contacts me saying that N&D is available at a higher discount & as a regular customer, he thought of informing about this offer & also to make up for the previous bad experience. I straight away denied it owing to the previous horror i had faced but due to his continuous follow up & higher discount (30% on MRP) I paid him half advance & ordered on 16th april. It turned out to be a big mistake. After daily follow ups from my side & finally reporting to the Kapurbawdi police station at 2 am (Yes you read it right) at night, i finally received my refund on 10th May (Almost after a month) after the police inspector himself called this pathetic person twice. 10th May also happens to be my Pet's bday for which i was supposed to leave for lonavla however the entire day got spoiled due to this pathetic person. I felt embarassed to have visited police station for a small amount of 3.5k but this pathetic person dared me & compelled me to do so. This time, the reasons of delay were damaged food bag, expired food bag, supplier not proper, delivery guy not available, scanner not working, cant transfer money out of personal account & so on. The kind of language this arrogant person used while arguing with me made a regular office going corporate guy like me visit police station at 2am. This itself explains everything. Took out time from my busy schedule & spent almost 30 mins writing this review with a pure intention of making other pet parents aware of the horror you might face if you dare to buy anything from this store (especially ones which involves advance payment & home delivery). Note - I didnt face any major issues during the grooming sessions my pet had at this store - 3 were paid & 1 was complimentary. So pet parents can try that but a strict no no when it comes to shopping at this store.

Pathetic experience. The manager took advance of one year services and started cancelling the appointments giving various reasons. And now not refunding our money. It's been 6 months since April 2024 Please don't fall in his false trap. It is a mental torture now to fight to get our own money back. Regret ever going to this place.

The service & caring for the pet is very good. Most satisfying is he take care of pet during hair cutting & during bathing. We are very happy

I took my 1.5 yr old Shihtzu for grooming.Very happy with the service Fluffy Puppy has given..well trained and cooperative staff.I will highly recommend this place for complete pet care an pet products. The main & imp thing is, this place is very clean n neet, with helpfull staff.
