The doctors are very warm and patient .. the treat the pets with utmost care and concern . We really had a very good experience

Money minded sick people who have no interest in the well being of your loved pet. They only know to scare you to get the most out of your pocket. My cat could not deliver, the baby was too big and got stuck. The baby didnt survive - it was my fault as I didnot take her to the vet the day the labor pain started (it was my first experience). I went the very next day and the baby foetus was removed along with her ovary. They charged 23000 along with other followup charges. I was asked to come everyday to clean the stitches, inspect for any infection or issues and replace the dressing. This was strange as normally we need to give some time for healing too. Vet Kajal kept blaming me for not taking care when infact the stitches werent put correctly. She herself didnt have good hygiene and her nails were always filled with dirt. She herself made the wound worse and at times pulled the stitches and said they were coming out as the cat was licking it. This was impossible as the cat had a collar and the stitches had a double layered dressing. Eventually, I cleaned it myself at home every alternate day and everything healed within 10 days. I could not imagine what would have happened if I continued to let her do the dressing. Beware of such people, the entire staff has the same mentality. No heart, no feeling, just MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!

Excellent care at Dr. Onkar’s Pet Clinic. The doctors are very professional, kind, and genuinely caring toward pets. Special thanks to Dr. Janvi, Dr. Nikita, and Dr. Nilesh for their patience, clear explanations, and loving treatment. Highly recommended clinic for all pet parents! 🐾

I had the worst experience with this clinic. Especially Dr Janvi and one more male doctor. The doctors do not seem qualified and were not even able to take a proper X-ray of my stray society dog, Kallu. He was bleeding and swollen in the genital area, so due to the emergency we rushed him to the nearest hospital, which was O’s Clinic. They took an X-ray and said his bladder was full, so they injected him and emptied it. The doctors were extremely insensitive — after the procedure, they didn’t even wait 10–15 minutes. My dog was left lying outside on the floor, with my elder which was shocking and careless. Today we visited another vet, and from the X-ray we learned that Kallu has stones — something the O’s Clinic doctors (Dr. Janvi and a male doctor) completely failed to identify. Despite declaring his condition as risky, they still left him lying on the floor. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Nikita Nikhale is guardian angel of our fur baby Casper! Casper has been under her care since 2016 at Dr. O's Pet Clinic and it has never crossed my mind to opt for 2nd opinion in any situations... All the vaccination are taken care of at time with timely reminder of the annual shots as well as in case of emergency they are available and all necessary information are delivered without causing any panic in the room. Dr. Nikita handles each visit with lots of fun, love and advise and even yelling if necessary. She is gem of a person! I will ld always vouch for her and trust me fur babies are safe under her care......
