Posh Pets offers all the needs of pets under one roof. This place is perfect fit for all pets and pet owners and has services which are very very professional. Pet spa for my dog was done perfectly. Also the shop has plenty of pet needs and they have all kinds of pet accessories as well. All the staff members are friendly and professional. The main point to highlight here is that they treat all the animals with love and care which makes the service even more special. I highly recommend this place to all pet owners.

My overall experience at PoshPets was satisfactory, with a few points worth highlighting for pet parents. The store itself is well stocked — they offer a wide variety of pet foods, numerous treat options, and essentials such as pet wipes. Their toy selection is moderate but adequate. I was also informed that they provide several clinical services, including X-ray, 2D Echo, ultrasound, dental care, and have a veterinarian available on call. I did not use these services, but it is reassuring to know they are offered. My visit this time was primarily for grooming my two Golden Retrievers. The grooming results were decent, and the overall job was acceptable. However, I did feel disappointed with the way the drying process was handled. They became anxious with the sound of the dryer, and I sensed the staff were a little rough or rushed, which made the dogs increasingly uncomfortable. At one point, when I was trying to comfort them, a staff member asked me to wait outside — something I strongly disagreed with. As their pet parent, leaving them alone with strangers while they were visibly anxious was simply not an option for me. One of the dogs, who rarely barks, was barking continuously, which further indicated discomfort. Whether it was the air pressure of the blower or just the handling, they were not as calm as they usually are with me or at the other salon we frequent. For comparison, I regularly visit another salon, which is smaller but far more gentle and consistent in their handling. I have never been asked to leave the room there, and my dogs have always been comfortable throughout the process. Overall, PoshPets is a great place for pet supplies, and I would definitely return for shopping. However, for grooming, I would prefer to go elsewhere unless absolutely necessary, as I am particular about how my pets are handled — even the slightest roughness is not acceptable to me.

I took my Shih Tzu for grooming here for his birthday. The experience was really good. Friendly and skilled staff. The haircut and all the processes were amazing. Got a sherwani for my Simbaa too. Truly made his birthday makeover incredible.
