DR.NETKAR'S PET CARE CLINIC & PET SHOP

I went to this highly rated vet for my pet after reading the glorious reviews, however the experience was just the opposite. For a small issue, and just on the first visit he prescribed 2-3 tests and then charged consultation fee twice during the same day, apart from advising for 6 different medicines and adding non necessary supplements unrelated to the diagnosis. Very money minded vet with too much pomp and show, profile photo and 5 support staff, but not really able to diagnose without tests. Go at own risk! P.S - this is the first time I am seeing a two page response from a doctor about a feedback. So much effort for a mere review. It was my experience that I wrote to caution other pet parents. The double fee policy and test on first visit is something new I felt in my so many years being a pet parent. Rather than defending against client feedback you must learn to improve the experience.

Dr. Netkar is very polite and caring towards pets as well as parents. Always available in time of need and gives quick response. He answers and explains our concerns in detail. Even though the treatment of my cat is still ongoing, she seems better than before which is a great relief! 👍👍.

Professionalism is not a reward for loyalty; it is a baseline requirement. If your practice believes clarity and respect are "perks" reserved only for long-standing patients, your business model is fundamentally flawed. • On Accountability: Emergencies are unavoidable; poor communication is a choice. You are blaming the "emergency" for what was actually a failure of honesty and accountability at your front desk. Trust is the foundation of healthcare. Despite taking an appointment a day in advance and reaching on time, I was informed that the doctor had not even arrived. I waited for almost an hour, yet the receptionist could not give a basic update on when the doctor would come. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely grateful to Dr. Netkar and his pet clinic for treating my red-eared slider turtle. I was very worried when my turtle suddenly stopped eating, and as a pet parent that anxiety is hard to put into words. Dr. Netkar examined her carefully, explained things patiently, and prescribed medication that worked wonderfully. Even though the consultation was brief, the treatment made a clear difference and my turtle recovered well. It is reassuring to know there are veterinarians who truly understand and care for even the most delicate and unusual pets. Highly recommended.

Dr. Netkar Pet Care is truly exceptional. The doctor is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and treats every pet with genuine care and compassion. They take the time to listen, explain diagnoses clearly, and make sure both pets and owners feel comfortable and reassured. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
