This is worst cat boarding facility. Extremely unhygienic. They do not send updates as promised. My cats were wet and smelling horribly when they were sent back. One cat had hurt his leg. Also all my cages and bags were peed on. Horrible people. Please don't send you pets for boarding. They don't deserve one star too. My heart is crying that I made my cats go through this ordeal

one of my worst experience was with akash very bad pet boarding my dog came back with wounds full of smell and very traumatised it took many days for my dog to recover…..he doesn’t update about your dog keeps ignoring your calls and very pathetic care I would never recommend this place even by mistake

worst pet boarding ever. if you hate your dog then keep your dog here. very pathetic. I would never recommend anyone. my dog was weak, dirty and smelly when he got back home. this akash guy doesn't pick up calls after the payment is done. your pet will definitely be traumatized after going here. 1/10
