The place is amazing and some things are affordable and some things are not so much. First visit they take ₹600 and then follow-ups for ₹300 (depends on the treatment). Few doctors have a attitude and few doctors who are senior doctors, they are very professional and friendly. One of the friendly doctor named as Dr. Shardul Salvi is good at his work and amazing guy. Also, sometimes if they do not give any medicine and just examine the pet they do not even charge you anything.
I am very thankful to the entire veterinary hospital team, especially Dr. Shradul and Bhupendra Sir, for treating my dog during parvo disease. Their care, dedication, and timely treatment helped my dog recover. The whole team was supportive and professional throughout. Highly recommended. Regards! Dawn , Shailesh & Elizabeth
Worst Experience at Thane CPCA I admitted two female community dogs at Thane CPCA on 20th December at 10:00 AM for neutering. I was informed that blood work would be conducted the same day and that reports would be available by Sunday morning. On Sunday, despite multiple calls to the hospital, I received no update. On 22nd December, I visited the facility during visiting hours (4–5 PM) to check on the dogs. I was informed that the blood report of one dog was “unstable.” When I asked for the report, I was told it would be shared within an hour along with further guidance. When no report was received, I followed up by phone. After repeated follow-ups, I was shockingly informed that the blood test had not been conducted at all, and that the doctor had mistakenly shared another dog’s report. I was then told that the blood tests had finally been done and that I would receive the reports on 23rd December. Once again, I received no communication. I visited the facility yet again, where the doctor initially told me that the blood work “looked fine.” Minutes later, I was told the exact opposite—that the reports were not normal and that the dogs would require 15 days of treatment to increase platelet levels. To make matters worse, I was informed that the assigned surgeon, Dr. Shardul Salvi, was unwell and unavailable for several days, and that this information had not been communicated to the hospital staff. No tentative surgery date was provided. I was asked to take the dogs back and return after their platelet levels improved. The total estimated cost was INR 15,000, of which INR 7,000 had already been paid as an advance. Despite the blood tests either being delayed or mishandled, and no surgery being performed, I was charged INR 1,500 per dog for blood tests and INR 2,000 per dog as admission fees, and was flatly denied any refund. This experience reflects gross mismanagement, lack of accountability, poor communication, and unethical practices. Thane CPCA appears to be a money-minting facility with little regard for animal welfare or basic professional standards.
***** Amazing ******** Animal lovers and most kind hearted people !! Few months back I've admitted our ginger male cat who had a severe case of dog bite. There was no hope left. But Dr. Devendra and his expert team manager to revive him!!! He got discharged after 6 months as happy and as healthy as ever!! I'm so grateful for this center and it's people. Facility is super clean and well maintained. They treat animals like children and work enthusiastically to give them the best treatment. Charges are very nominal. It's hard to describe in words how happy we were to see him fully recovered. You guys are such an angel!! Thank you sooo sooo much!!!
I am sharing my expereince with Thane CPC, to make everyone aware of how we lost our beloved cat due to a fall from a high floor and the lack of cooperation from Thane CPC. On the night of 1st January 2026 around 10 PM, we were searching for our cat and suddenly realized that she had fallen from a high floor of our building. We immediately rushed her to the nearest clinic, but the doctors had already left. Over the phone, they advised us to go to Thane CPC, saying they handle emergency and accidental cases. We reached Thane CPC at around 11.15 PM. Only two male attendants were present. One of them took our cat and placed her in the incubator. During this time, my wife fainted due to shock, and I was attending to her. I kept checking on our cat and noticed that she had started breathing and moving slightly, which gave us some hope. After about 45 minutes, one attendant took her out, gave her a few injections, and then asked us to take the cat back home. Both my wife and I repeatedly requested them to hospitalize her, as she had fallen from a high floor and needed proper monitoring and treatment that we could not provide at home. However, one of the attendants was extremely rigid, rude, and uncooperative. He insisted that admissions were full and said they could not regularly monitor our cat because they had other animals to look after. My wife literally begged him, telling him that our cat might die if she was not treated there. She even said we were ready to wait there all night or return in the morning—whatever they suggested. Despite this, he kept forcing us to take our cat home and come back the next day. We were helpless. We knew of no other hospital at that hour and were not in the mental state to make any other decision. Trusting their instruction, we brought our cat home. Before leaving, we were asked to pay ₹2100 as treatment charges, which we paid. We stayed beside her the entire night. At around 5 AM, after taking a few sips of water from my wife, she took her last breath and passed away. We lost our cat because she did not receive the right treatment at the right time, due to the non-cooperation and negligence of Thane CPC staff. My sincere request to all pet lovers: please take utmost care of your pets, and think many times before taking them to hospitals that fail to provide responsible and compassionate care when it is desperately needed. Response to the Reply from Thane CPC. Since, am unable to reply . So editing my review to repond the thane CPC reply. First of all my review was 200% honest and true. Secondly, as you mentioned we came With our cat in a critical Condition so there was no time to read your board about docters availability. My question to you, when you claim that you are the only hospital in the region then why dont you keep atlest one docter during night time to Take care of critical patient reported during night time. I have just mentioned the fact about the intances happend at that night. Whatever mentioned in my review was whole truth .. any pet owners can check the video recording if i was misleading. The fact remain same. At the time of right treatment required we have been asked to go home with the cat and we lost our beloved family member. No one can deny this fact. I have no intention to malign any ones reputation, i just gave my true review, whoever reads my review can easily find out fact. Recommendations to you. Pl focus on keeping atleast one docter during night so that any pet needed any emergency treatment can be given at the right time and one innocent life can be saved. After this review i will not respond to any of your responses in future.
