So impressed my cat usually gets anxious when away from home but she was totally relaxed when I picked her up and the facility was clean and well managed and took the time to update me with videos every day i really appreciated the attention to detail and the personalized care.

This is hands down the best place for cats! Himangi and her son treat every cat like their own, and it truly shows. My cat is extremely grumpy and doesn’t warm up to people easily, but they managed him so well—giving him a separate room, lots of patience, and regular updates with photos. It felt like leaving him with family rather than a commercial boarding facility. If you want a stress-free stay for your cat, this is the place to go!

I was quite skeptical at first about leaving my cat at a daycare, especially for 6 days! It was her very first time away from home, and she's extremely sensitive to new environments. But the moment I left her there, something in me felt at ease, like she was in safe hands. Mrs. Hemangi, who looks after all the furry babies, cared for Mimi (my cat) like her own. I was updated with photos and videos of her playing, resting, and just being her adorable self. She also gave Mimi a separate room so that she is at ease. Thanks to Mrs. Hemangi's love and care, I could relax on my work trip without constantly worrying about Mimi. All 5 stars to CatVilla for being such a warm and trustworthy second home! :)
