We were looking for a cage free boarding for our pet luna and find Happy pets a perfect place . It provides a home like environment and luna find friends there to play with them . The owner is very soft spoken and the staff also very much welll trained . Above all these they have drop and pick up facility with a very nominal charge .

We have a fur baby - POM (named Maggie). This was the first time I enquired a boarding place rather than her usual boarding where we usually keep her once or twice in a year whenever we head out for 2-3 days. But after COVID lockdown, that place got shut down for pet boarding. So I got the reference of Happy Pets from Internet. Best experience. Special thing is, they do not cage pets, they keep them open and in AC atmosphere. We kept our dog Maggie (pom) there for 2 days. They also had other dogs too. Everything went smoothly. We also asked for her bath + nail cutting. And it was10 times AFFORDABLE than what I used to pay to previous boarding place. The caretakers here are very friendly and actually love animals and don't just work for the sake of working. Overall, I am very happy that found this SAFE PLACE for my fur baby now. I read the above reviews and decided to keep our 2 babies at Happy Pets. Right from the start it wasn't a good experience. We dropped our dogs to Happy pets at about 9am in the morning. At that time, we were quite disappointed with the facility. Most dogs were on a leash. A couple of dogs weren't. The one which wasn't on a leash sneaked out when my dogs entered the facility and my son had to run after him to get the dog back inside. We were told there's AC in the facility, but the facility was hotter than the outside air tdy. When we picked them up at 930pm, the handler gave us one of our dogs and seemed completely unaware about where our other dog was. Finally someone told him that she must be in some room, and that's when he found and got her. Pretty irresponsible we felt. They are our babies who's responsibility we entrusted Happy Pets with for a day as our regular caretakers were full today. And needless to say we are extremely disappointed. When we picked my dogs, they were extremely dirty, stinky and with black marks which clearly explains that the facility wasn't hygienic. First thing after we got home, was to clean them. Also they both drank full bowls of water after reaching home. My dogs don't drink full bowls even after their regular runs in this weather but drank today. I doubt they were given water at intervals at Happy Pets. We hv been leaving our pets with another facility since 2018 now when we head out and our dogs hv been always coming home clean, well fed n Happy.
