worst pet grooming place to have in surat, highly unprofessional employees, indecent and inhuman treatment with pets, keep ur pets away from such gross place. last month in October, i had to visit this store for grooming in an emergency state, and while returning i saw 2 blades cut underneath the tail of my pet, and if u visit the grooming area, u will immediately realise about how wrong is the decision to bring our pets here and trust these people
