I’m Sahil and I traveled with my pet dog Wolfy from Mumbai to Surat, as Wolfy is a Siberian Husky and he is very sensitive and I was looking for the best pet place for his Spa and Grooming, I looked on Google maps and I found Paw Masters and I took him there for his grooming session, trust me it was the best suggestion from google for my pet, Paw Masters gave the bestest spa and grooming service to my pet, their grooming area is the cleanest and most hygienic and well maintained in entire India as per my experience wherever I have took my pet for grooming till now, even in Mumbai we don’t have such pet spa and grooming standards. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and very friendly with pet’s, they took care very professionally and they are very humble and kind in nature and will suggest the best possible solutions. Paw Masters serve’s India’s best quality service not even Just Dogs and Heads Up For Tails can match and that too at very friendly price. I am extremely surprised that Paw Masters gives international quality service as I got in USA. I definitely refer this place for every pet parent for their pet’s. My dog got a severe infection after bathing in Pawmasters. My dog could not sleep the whole night when he came from pawmasters and was continuously scratching and crying. Our regular doctor said it is not proper bathing my doctor she also gave medicines and asked not to go there. My baby dog suffers. i am never going to take my dog to this fraud unprofessional immature people. Beware do not recommend pawmaters to any pet lover. Pet Palace is old and better.
