The staff was very helpful in explaining the difference between breeds and which one might be best for my home environment. 🐶 Service & Staff The team was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions patiently and showed genuine care for animal welfare. I liked how they didn’t just try to sell—they really guided me through responsible pet ownership. ✂️ Grooming & Training Services I booked a basic grooming session and it was hygienic, quick, and well-managed. They also offer training for puppies, which is a great add-on. However, I wish they had a full-time vet available on-site. 🏥 Pet Health & Medical Awareness They do spread awareness about deworming, vaccinations, and pet health, and offer some medical support. Would love to see a full-time pet medical corner or tie-up with a veterinary clinic for emergencies. 🧼 Cleanliness & Environment The store is kept neat and smells fresh, which is important in pet retail. Kennels and cages were clean. However, parking around the area is a bit tight during peak hours.

Took my 5-month-old kitten Mishty for grooming and had the best experience! The staff was so gentle and caring she came back soft, shiny, and super happy. Highly recommend!

⭐ EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & ANGRY – PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO TO BESTOW PET STORE! We took our beloved dog to Bestow Pet Store for a simple haircut, and it turned into a nightmare. Just two days after the haircut, our dog developed severe rashes and wounds all over his face and body. He can’t even sleep properly now because he’s constantly scratching and in visible pain. 😡💔 We rushed him to the vet, and the doctor confirmed it’s serious skin irritation and infection likely due to the unhygienic and careless grooming at this store. Please look at these pictures — this is what happened just 48 hours after their so-called grooming service. Our poor dog is suffering, and it breaks our heart that what should have been a routine grooming has turned into a medical emergency. We trusted Bestow Pet Store, and they have been utterly irresponsible, negligent, and unprofessional. If you love your pet, DO NOT take them here. The health and safety of animals should always come first — clearly, at Bestow Pet Store, it doesn’t. I hope this review saves someone else’s pet from going through the same pain.
