I will not say that negative first of all the owner was not present at the shop their was a worker who hardly had a knowledge about everything and most worst thing I went for my dog items 50 percent of the treats I choose were expired like more than 10 packets I checked it were expired and when I went back to the worker hi genuinely changed it but he didn't had fresh items cuz every item was expiring nearly 1 month in 2023 and as much as I know any animal food can last easily 3 years that mean u will not get fresh items nothing more worse experience

One of biggest mistake that I did as a first time pet buyer was to approach this shop and the owner who goes by name Aditya. One of the first things that he did when I walked into the shop was to criticize about the other pet shops in Surat and claimed how they provided pets in poor health or did not provide assistance to the buyer. Being naive and new to the world of pets, I gave into his sugarcoated words and agreed to buy whatever accessories and food he said I needed for the lab I was purchasing. Wait until you have completed the purchase and then try talking to the guy you'll know their's something fishy. Zero assistance and moreover the behaviour is such as if he successfully executed a con. I have never met bigger hypocrites and frauds in this place. I strongly recommend not to visit this place as all they want to do is rip off the customer.

Owner is not only a seller but true birds lover and have a knowledge well for bird care and hygiene. His attitude towards birds and customer is quite good. He is eager to share additional informations. Shop is full with varieties of pet food,toys and litrature for birds. In short, It is spot to satisfy yr requirements well and opportunity to meet a real bird lover cum breeder cum gentleman. I am impressed.

Worst place to go if you want a pet or are looking for a product for your pet. Firstly none of the employee pr whoever sits on desk doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. They wouldn’t do something because they are too lazy. They don’t even know how to take care of a pet and they opened a pet store. I Wonder How? Cause the last time i went there i saw an employee dragging a dog back into the room with the lease. So hard that you could hear the Dog cry from outside. One star also because cant submit a review without no star.

My experience was not good. They have damaged cage and when we asked that do you have any other cage, the owner was not interested to reply. Infect he was not replying properly. I tried to ask price for few other product but he was not listening. So I would not recommend based on my experience.
