I must say Dr Arshi Wala is the best Pet Doctor in city.. I really appreciate his concern and polite behaviour towards pets and pet parents.. Highly recommended
I will never recommend this hospital to treatment. The staff are not skilled and i am very dissatisfied because i lost my cat because their Negligence they just want money.
I brought my dog here with full trust, hoping for proper care and treatment. Unfortunately, due to their poor management and lack of attention, my dog did not survive. This is a heartbreaking experience for me. I strongly suggest the hospital improve its standards and take pet lives seriously.
So i always doubted this place and in emergency my dog was not able to sit or stand that was the only reason i showed them and after many times till now i hve never seen doctor treated any pet there, there assistant always misguide the pet parents!!! They gave two injections to my pet just bcoz he was having gas issues (as they said), but he was having jaundice and swelling on kidney, we came to know on other day, and even he wasn’t able to move, his body was paralysed!!! Only his heart was pumping and in an hour he lost his life just due to *NEW LIFE PET HOSPITAL” never choose them, idk how they are still open by not knowing the medicines and how to take care of pets! We should raise a case on the whole hospital and doctor too!!!!!!
Best and resonable treatment hospital for your pets. My cat is infected to penlukopenia desies and dr. Is so humble and all staff is to good and experience. And now my cat is healthy but only one complaint for this hospital they are fix time for patients not 24/7 system after there time our pet is suffer so much please do something for this problem. All the best u all.
