Instead of genuinely helping, they kept saying they “have good options available” without sharing real details or following through. Based on my experience, it felt like they were more interested in diverting customers from other pet shops than actually providing any service. Overall, I felt misled and my time was wasted. I would suggest being cautious and not relying only on online reviews when dealing with them.
