I recently left my pet Ghost at Open Arms Pet Hostel while I was out of town, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! 🐾 From the moment we arrived, the staff made Ghost feel right at home. They were warm, caring, and truly treated him like family. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing he was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of.

I had kept my late pet with them earlier he was a senior dog and the way they managed him with care, patience, and dignity built a deep bond of trust for me with the entire Open Arms team. Handling senior dogs and dogs with different temperaments takes immense patience, compassion, and understanding. The staff at Open Arms truly excels at this. They are loving, calm, and genuinely invested in the well-being of every dog under their care. Managing multiple dogs with different needs is not easy, but they do it beautifully. Hats off to the entire team. Recently, I kept my new pet with Open Arms for a week, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. My pet gelled up so well with everyone there, and when I came back, I found him just the way I had left him in fact, even happier, calmer, and more playful.
