This place is an absolute nightmare. They cut my Shih Tzu’s ear nearly 1.5–2 cm deep it kept bleeding for over 10 mins she bled a LOT. and the owner? She didn’t even care. No apology, no responsibility, no accountability just excuses. Not even the basic decency to offer an apology gesture like a treat or care item. Meanwhile, a cat that wasn’t even harmed was given a treat. Clearly, favoritism was shown, while my injured dog got nothing but indifference. As for the haircut? It’s not a haircut they shaved her completely bald. I showed a clear reference photo, and repeatedly asked for blending. I specifically said not to cut her eyelashes they chopped them off. Her lashes were the one part I was most emotionally attached to, and now they’re gone. The result? Looks like a toddler got hold of a razor and shaved a dog. And the injury? They blamed it on a mat. I checked it myself it was bad, but I cut it out easily at home. So how does a so-called “professional” manage to mess up this badly and injure a dog this seriously? To make it worse, this was her very first haircut. Now her coat is ruined, she’s in pain, and we’re left traumatized. later on call with my mom they tried to gaslight her and shift the entire blame to my dog saying she moved a lot when in reality I was recording the whole thing and she was a lot calmer before that injury was given. Also, the AC temperature inside was so high that all the pets were visibly shivering. If you’re thinking of trusting this place with your dog don’t. You’re handing over your pet’s safety, comfort, and months of coat growth to people who clearly do not care. I have the video recordings as a proof what I'm speaking is true.
