Recently I visited CNK2pet shop with my Rottweiler. Doctor uncle told me many things about dog food, treats and how to take good Care of dog. I was really impressed and staff was so friendly with my Rottweiler. I thought Rottweiler are aggressive dog but this is not true.

Worst worst worst pet grooming centre in Ranchi. Don't waste time and money on that shop. Most unhygienic dirty lace with foul smell every where. Unprofessional owner and staff. Staff is so dirty and they behaved so bad with my pet. Hair cutting is so uneven it's better to go there to groom pet at home. My cat shivered so badly after bath but they don't even gave him proper dryer. Worst place even I can say it is hell for your lovely dearly pet.

Initially, I was impressed by the experience & knowledge of the elderly male gentleman, who is the owner, I think. I did find that he seemed haughty & arrogant (the reason for the arrogance was not very apparent to me, maybe because his shop has been the best stocked in the area and he enjoys a monopoly of sorts). He would suggest items not really needed by me which, out of deference & politeness, I did purchase on a few occasions. There were red flags. Prices quoted for certain services, e.g., training, hostel rates, would inexplicably be raised without explanation or justification. As a customer, I felt exploited and taken for a ride. I am reluctant to support fishy, opportunistic, money-minded and exploitative persons. I decided not to visit this shop ever again. Reading several reviews, I feel relieved that my decision was not unfounded. By the grace of God, I have found excellent alternatives nearer my home for pet accessories, medicines, etc., and a humble, well-behaved, earnest dog trainer too (who charges more, but I am willing to spend extra because he is so much more customer-friendly). I will support such businesses happily. Mahatma Gandhi had said, “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.” Being insensitive to the needs of the customer, behaving rudely, the business owner ensures that the customer will not only never return but will also raise awareness about his/her negative experiences and will warn other potential customers. I do hope that this particular business owner can realise that customers will refuse to be exploited beyond a point; customers are not foolish; they are sensitive to insults, are discerning and wise. Please do not take customers for granted.

Located right on the main road with good space for parking your vehicle. Easy appointments, just call and inform before coming to avoid waiting. The staff was friendly and knew their job well. My pug too had a great time getting groomed here. Would recommend 5/5.
