"I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at hotel velvet.The room was dirty and outdated, with stained carpets and broken furniture. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The bathroom was a disaster - the shower didn't work properly and the toilet was clogged. The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us resolve these issues. Also Oyo and Agoda didn't helped at allnor refunded. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Rating: 0/5 stars"
It was really a third class hotel typically not made for married couples or family. The staff was drunk at night when we checked in and there was no proper facility of blankets or hot water too in sucha winter atmosphere.
Hotel velvet was extremely unhygienic, the worst hotel I ever visited...pathetic.. I Booked hotel velvet & went for check-in but after looking at the room condition & specially bathroom was the worst I ever seen in my entire life.. Out of no option, I left hotel velvet without check-in, later went to other hotel & stayed.. I don't know, how Oyo company allowing such hotels to be on the Oyo app.. I wish I could rate this hotel 0
If they are calling it a hotel, then that's fine — but in my opinion, it's not a place where you'd even want to keep your pet. The condition of the property was below basic expectations, and overall hygiene and comfort were lacking. Not recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful or decent stay.
