Hotel Nova Pride

Our train arrived at Rajkot at 12:30AM and we spoke to the booking staff very clearly and specified multiple times that we will check in around 1AM and check out in the morning. MULTIPLE times we cleared with them regarding the timings and dates. We called the property regarding my the location as well and they helped with it while we in the train. And yet when we arrived at the property they didn’t have our booking. At 1AM in a new city they made us figure out our own transport and shifted us to their different branch since this hotel was fully booked. The rooms and service at the other property - NOVA VISTA were good. But we were already too tired from all the travel and hassle by then. Their booking staff then calls me later in the day asking if I’ll be checking in as spoken on call (this is on the day we have already checked out and left) -_- Overall good stay for a night but the coordination and staff of the booking team needs to be worked on.

My Stay at Nova Pride – Rajkot I recently had the opportunity to stay at Nova Pride, Rajkot, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. We booked a family room which was spacious, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The room had 2 double beds and 1 single bed, making it extremely comfortable for a family stay. All toiletries were neatly placed, the AC worked perfectly, and cleanliness was absolutely top-notch – which made the stay very refreshing. The service was excellent throughout, with the staff being prompt, polite, and very professional. One of the highlights was the food – we ordered a Punjabi Thali, and it was simply delicious – freshly cooked, well-prepared, and full of authentic flavors. Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable stay. This was my first visit to Rajkot, and Nova Pride made it extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, business travelers, and anyone looking for comfort with great hospitality. I will definitely be choosing Nova Pride again for my future visits to Rajkot.

Excellent! Centrally located. We stayed here with a large group of families and friends found all rooms were clean and well maintained. Staffs were polite and supportive. It has a restaurant where they served us fresh and delicious foods in short notice.

This hotel again I had booked through one india tourism however the hotel staff which were at counter / reception were fed up when people would complain about how rooms are. Rooms stinky, they did not maintain it well due while they look clean. No hot water properly Rooms doors doesn't get locked well and when asked to check they say you don't know how to lock it. Services due to crowd same time checkin was too poor however people who picked out bags were very helpful.

Staff is polite and helpful, nice and clean rooms. Buffet breakfast was also fine. Biggest issue is the hot water for bath. Everytime I have to call reception, they would send a person to the room next door and switch on the geyser. They should have some system in place. Today evening finally after waiting for 30 minutes had to take a cold water shower. Room no 306.
