The entry to this hotel is very confusing, with no proper parking and a very narrow passage that already feels uncomfortable. The overall surroundings seem quite shady, and I personally did not feel safe here as a girl. This place is definitely not suitable for families or female travellers — it feels more like a bachelor-type hotel. The building is very old, and reaching the hotel is a task itself. Out of the two lifts, only one works, and even that lift feels unsafe because the buttons are not functioning properly. You can’t tell which floor it will stop at, which is quite scary. The reception staff was not attentive, and the rooms and washrooms were just very average. No exhaust fan, old fittings, and poor cleanliness. Even though it is a budget hotel, I genuinely wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s better to spend a little more and get a hotel that is clean, safe, and comfortable — especially for girls and families.

Everything was smooth, seamless, and perfectly organized from start to finish. A special mention to Front Office Manager Mr. Tikendra and Prince for their professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail—they really made the experience memorable. The perfect spot to relax, recharge, and feel well taken care of. 10/10 experience! 💯
The room was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly arranged, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping standards were top-notch, and the overall room quality exceeded expectations. A special thanks to the reception team—Mr. Tikendra and Mr. Prince Pandey—for their warm welcome, professionalism, and helpful nature. The check-in process was smooth, and they were always available with a smile to assist with any request. Overall, a truly pleasant stay with outstanding service.
