I visited the hotel to verify the room I had already booked online and requested a room tour before check-in. The reception staff flatly refused and arrogantly stated that I must pay first and only then see the room. This is not hospitality; it is incompetence. Expecting guests to pay without even allowing them to see what they are paying for is unreasonable and irresponsible. If the room turns out to be below standard, poorly maintained, or not worth the price, the guest’s money is effectively wasted. Allowing a brief room viewing before check-in is a basic and widely accepted practice in the hotel industry. Creating self-serving “rules” to deny this reflects poor management, zero customer orientation, and a complete lack of professional ethics. This behaviour left an extremely negative first impression and speaks volumes about the hotel’s service standards.

The hotel staff has extremely poor service and rude behavior. They talk to guests in an unprofessional manner, as if we are working for them. Overall, a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is really best one. But rooms, food, service pathetic. They gave me keya and said go to 2nd floor. There was no one to guide and take me and my luggage. There was no toiletries in the washroom. There was no hot water kettle, tea, coffee was in the room. Bedsheets were not clean. Washroom was also not in good and clean condition. Lift was pathetic I had to use stairs with my luggage.

I have never seen such an unclean and unprofessional hotel. The worst ever hotel experience of my life. I don't think they ever clean their rooms. The rooms are loaded with dust. The sheets,blankets, pillow cases, towels are all extremely dirty. I have no words for the condition of the bathroom. Do not recommend this place at all. I got allergy and severe itching all over because of how dust loaded the room was. They charged me for both rooms and both nights I booked in cash and I am stuck for the first night but I cannot think of sleeping another night in this place.

Absolutely disgusting. This place should not be operating as a hotel. The bedding had clearly not been changed after the previous guest — a shocking and unhygienic lapse that says everything about their standards. The room was filthy, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. Service was beyond appalling. Staff were indifferent, unhelpful, and showed no concern whatsoever for guest experience. Breakfast was a joke — low-quality, tasteless food brought in from outside, not even remotely worth serving. To top it off, I had to argue at checkout just to get a receipt, which is basic professionalism. Multiple other guests were openly complaining about the same issues, so this is clearly a pattern, not a one-off incident. This hotel fails on cleanliness, and basic hospitality. Staying here was a mistake, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place unless they enjoy wasting money on filth and incompetence.
