Service is very good only at the time kf emergency. Otherwise if you wats to take steps towards animal. Then will not support you. They only replies that its not emergency and our superior is not allowing us. Means because of superior others will not help you. I am trying to get help from them for street dog. From last 5 days. They are not interested in it. I already talked and and 1st time they assures that they will help us but i have to puchase and available vaccine for street dog then they will help us. Hence i have purchased it. Now from last 5 days they are telling me that aur superior not allowed us to do this work. Also from last 3 days i told them to let me talk him. They only answers every time that he will call you. Every time anwer is same he will call you. Thai means that he is not interested to do this work. Only interested when imergency js there.

They are doing a great job saving animals, helping sick animals, and taking care of those animals with the utmost care and professionalism.
