The room had very negative vibe. Though the hotel is located at an excellent location and the staff was good and willing to serve, the housekeeping was very poor. Leaking taps, broken remote, Ill functional fan and poor bed linen were major turn offs. To make things worse, the place is very noisy due to its proximity to bus stand.
Starting from the room... The rooms were small in size Even the bathroom is very small even bed size was also very small.. Their tv remotes were not working properly and their fan regulator is also not working properly. Food- the quality of the food is worse. I felt vomiting after eating even it's taste is not good..it feels like they served the stale or rotten food. Rice were felt like not cooked properly... rotisserie are okay and the buttermilk 80 percent water and the water is tasting like chlorinated water.. They are not allowing outside food. No swiggy n all allowed The cleanliness in the hotel is maintained n I like that .
