Not good Room was not clean when we reached there. Room was stinking with cigerette smell. In morning we have to wait at least one hour for breakfast after order. The exhaust in wash room of 405
Pathetic hotel. Pathetic service. Old rooms. Not even proper soap in washrooms. For Breakfast of 4 people, they provided just 1 parantha and little poha that too after an hour delay. Would not recommend at all
Not good for stay.. No welcome drink and water bottle given itself...room not clean... Bedsheet dirty having ladies hair... Lighting poor... bathroom not clean and too small.. toilet not clean... Staff adamant..no break fast early given before 8 am on request ...staff not professional... morning tea not given with break fast.. service attendance is argumentative....hotel staff had not given back my Driving licence during stay which their responsibility and not even called after days . After sometime I called him for my license and tell him to send back. But they ask me for courier charges?? For their lapse in responsibility..very bad hotel management...
This is all fake review mentioned above the rooms are pathetic and no hygiene food and on. Floor and no house keeping , NO WATER,NO professional staff.., there is safety issue hotel for PRECIOUS ITEMS you carry they say they don’t take GURANTEED of safety!!! Don’t go and busy recently I booked the hotel for three days they took 12000 worst experience ever i had in my life in Any hotel…
Good Stay with a Few Minor Issues I have traveled all across India, but this hotel truly stood out for its amazing hospitality and friendly staff. They even allowed me an early check-in, 6 hours before the usual time, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious and complimentary, and the room theme was really beautiful and well-designed. The room was also clean and hygienic, with all essentials like a toothbrush kit, cleaning kit, tea and coffee setup, and a hot water kettle — they really paid attention to small details. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The TV wasn’t working properly, and I felt the ₹2800 rate for the Zakuji room was a bit high for what was offered. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay — great service, tasty food, and lovely room design. I would definitely consider staying here again! 👍
