Rooms are rat infested. If you keep any edible out, rats will come. And the management is indifferent about it. They won't do anything even if you show them the rat. The room service employees are nice but the managers are not good. Rooms and hotel are clean but rat 🐀 is a major problem. It is located beside the bus stand, so you'll get constant horn noise. No laundry service

Worst hotel ever, we have pre booked the hotel even confirmed hours before we arrived that,and at 3 am they said no rooms available,even after booking,on phone calls they said it's available,they just made fooled us.

Very poor service. As conversation done 10 min early before checkin on call, they told that dinner is available and when we reached within 10min and asked foor food just just changed their words. Also no proper service. I had to call them 3 time for a required things. Not satisfied with service very poor

A Convenient and Clean Stay, with a Minor Quirk My recent stay at this hotel was generally very pleasant. The location is excellent, situated directly above the busport, which makes for incredibly easy and convenient travel. The room itself was a highlight—it was impressively neat, clean, and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. I found the food quality to be consistently above average, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meals provided. The only potential disruption to be aware of is the early morning bhajans from outside the hotel, which may disturb light sleepers. However, if you are a deep sleeper, this is likely to not be an issue. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great location, clean and spacious rooms, and quality food.
