Just like some others pointed out, completely money minded. I had a similar experience. It’s just an animal to them. They don’t care if your pet is in pain or even if it dies. I have a very old dog, and I am unable to take him to the hospital due to his age related complications, despite trying a couple of times. He is currently bleeding, and I requested them to visit once and give him some medicine or an injection. I was ready to pay whatever they asked. I went there three times to request them to come. My father went there twice. Every time, they showed us the patients waiting in line and told us, “All four doctors are busy doing operations, none can visit.” They should have at least 1 doctor for visiting right? Am I asking too much? I believe they earn less from visits and more from surgeries (which is obvious). That is why I wanted to rate them as money minded.
The best veterinary surgeon in the town. Our dog had got accident and broke it's lower jaw, No doctors were ready to handle the case but they suggested OM vet hospital and the result is unbelievable, dog's jaw is now completely aligned and fully working. Thank you doctors and OM Vet Hospital Team.
