Best place to bathe and groom your dog with personal attention. My Golden Retriever was very weak and couldn't stand properly today, but we had to bathe her, the owner personally helped me and groomer in helping her stand up. It's also the best place to buy most kinds of dog/cat food and wear. They also give personal advice depending upon dog's conditions. They also never oversell anything by recommending everything which is not required. Thank you guys for giving my dog the best service from last 1 year.

I visited this pet shop hoping to find senior dog food for my furry friend. While the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, they didn’t have the specific product I needed in stock. They assured me they would look into it, took my number, and promised to call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up, which was disappointing. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a good selection of general pet supplies. However, the lack of follow-through left me feeling let down. If they can improve on their communication and follow-up, this would be a great place for pet owners. For now, it’s a hit-or-miss experience.

My pet whose breed is shih-tzu. We went here for her grooming but while cutting her hair a scissor Or something with sharp edge has made a minor hole in the pupil of her right eye . She was not able to open her eyes for 3 days and after 3 days she could barely open her eyes..and not allowing us to see what had happened to her eyes.. Now after a week of her grooming we can see a hole type in pupil of her eyes.. But at the same day of grooming we called them and asked that whether something had happened to her eyes but they said nothing happened.. So how can we tell doctors that what happened to her eyes...If they had told us that yes this was happened to your pet..so we can move towards further treatment but unfortunately we got answer that nothing happened to your pet..and that was very disappointing answer. We went to hospital then doctors told us that something with sharp edge had hit her eyes resulting a small hole in her eyes..They also told us that you were lucky that her vision is perfect otherwise she might have lost her vision..I don't know but my pet had suffered very much after that grooming.. See the photos of my pet having a hole type in the pupil of her right eye.. This could be dangerous.. By God's grace she is fine but she might have loose her vision because of their mistake..Last thing I want to tell that be very carefull of your pet..

Great experience with pet hut, got grooming and hair cut of my ollie🤌🏻 For 1500/-₹ it was a good deal.
