The grand neelam is my go to place for staycation. Me and my friends goes here only whenever we have stays plan . Everything is perfect here rooms are clean , service is good and ambience is also nice . We did bonfire too at night
The stay was very good, room was clean seems to be new . staffs are well behaved but they didn't give us welcome drink which was included in our booking they'll have to work a bit on that things. You will have to walk 300 meters for public transport if you don't have your own car. There is a Ram Mandir nearby and there many good restaurants and malls . This hotel also a restaurant,if you want can order from your room also . I booked this hotel from make my trip .
Attended training in TGN. Initially hall and staffs appeared good and professional But at the lunch time there was no staff to refill the buffet pots, there was no coordinater food manger. Staffs are hardly 16-20 year old and they are absolutely clueless what to do, and what not to. We have waited 35-40 mins with holding the plates, but sufficient food was not there. One time they filled 1/4th of the paneer sabzi, and given the time frame and hassle that was taken by 5-6 people and again it got empty. Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I want to give this hotel a Minus... If it was an option....
