Horrible experience at this hotel. Every single experience is just pathetic. It is a blunder booking of this hotel room. Wastage of money. You'll not be able to sleep in the night as well due to their maintenance work throughout the night. They will not stop even after request in the mid night
I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Grand Imperia, Raipur. The property clearly lacks regular repair and maintenance – many areas look neglected. Parking is a big hassle, poorly managed and very inconvenient for guests. On top of that, the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional, which left a very bad impression. The food quality was below average and definitely not up to the mark for a hotel of this standard. Overall, not worth the price – would not recommend unless major improvements are made.
Very worst experience at Grand Imperia Hotel Raipur. My vehicle was badly damaged by hotel pickup van at hotel parking.Hotel staff didn't bother to inform me about the damage. I came to know about it at time of exit.Management initially agreed to take responsibility and get the vehicle repaired. Now they are denying neither they are ready to talk. Finally I paid rs 2.1 lakhs towards repair of my car repair charges and took my vehicle back. The whole incidence was in the knowledge of Taran jeet Singh Hora owner of the hotel but he never responded. At last I wish Taranjeet Singh Hora prosperity and growth with my share of money.
Very good hotel in Raipur. I stay here frequently when I come to Raipur for work. The prices are competitive looking towards the location. Rooms are fantastic. It's newly remodeled. Food is a bit overpriced. Service is the best. Loved the stay. Looking forward to come here again.
I stayed in Suite room. The room was V.good. peopleay expect more facilities like Gym, play area and so. Restaurant staff behaviour was very good. Food tastes good too. Free breakfast was buffet type and good. Front desk staff was also good. But the security staff behave rude. After I parked my vehicle and asked for the security to call a staff to take my luggages. No one helped and never did he mind to call anyone to help me. While leaving as my car was dirty and there was a water hose available nearby, I just sprayed little water on my car, this time the security guard did his work by running and shouting at me for the little water used from the garden hose. After paying 22K for 3 days, such a rude behaviour from security felt bad. Except that, they do have sufficient parking space available. I always got parking space for my car. The room service was good including food services to room.
