One of the worst staff is in this hotel. They denied my checkin even after i booked through oyo app. They not even let me in the property. Very rude behaviour. At last customer care assigned me room in the nearest hotel. Please never consider this hotel whenever planning a trip to Raipur
I booked a couple friendly room, and everything was okay as we entered into it. But I have a doubt that there was something fishy in the room. I used 2-3 camera detection application for the room and in each of them the reading was same. I didn't inform the management as i wasn't sure of the readings. We covered that portion where we had a doubt. And then somehow we past the rest time there. And rest the hostel staff and everything was upto the mark.
Bad bad bad location. No parking. Even the staff does not care as to where guest may park their vehicle. There are busy with their cheap discussion and laughters. Pathetic food. Pathetic cleanliness. And worst no one cares to listen as they just don't want u to exist there. Because u came they are required to work kind of attitude. Last but not the least, one glass of water that I drank made me vomit twice after just 1 hours. And mind u it was navratras and I was fast so did not had any thing else before it. Very poor experience.
The hotel is good. The staff behaviour is good. The bad sheets were not clean inspire of telling them to change they changed with new which was also not clean. Above all they charge 3% on card payment which is not acceptable. I will think twice before staying next time. Card payment is a major issue with this hotel.
