Surely I am going to rate the hotel 5 stars as the staffs are so cooperative and the rooms are clean, room service is fast, location is good. They provide you free pick up from the station and they give you all the facilities whatever the needs are.. Kitchen is also available for ordering food.. Rooms can be booked at a very cheap rate .. I had a pleasant stay in this hotel..
This isn’t a good hotel. Not at all worthy for Rs 1400. You can find much better hotel in this range for example:- iStay Hotel. Disappointments I had when I stayed in this hotel:- 1) Very small sized room 2) AC was defective, just got stuck at 24 degree temperature 3) Lot of mosquitos and to overcome that fact they would give you mosquito coil or all out. Isn’t that funny 4) Housekeeping person was drunk and even though he ask you for tip. Why would I give tip to a person who can’t be honest with his work and provide bad service Good Points:- 1) Have underground parking area but only for bikes not for cars 2) Lift is in good condition and works too Now choice is yours to book this hotel after my honest review.
The hotel is located at Naharpara which is just 10 min walk from Raipur Railway Station. One will get frequent auto, rickshaw, Ola cab or bike to go to any part of the city. The hotel ambience is nice and the amenities are good enough for short or long stay even though there was no hot water during my stay due to some fault in their solar power. The hotel rooms are good enough for a family accommodation. Toilet as well as room were neat and clean. Service was also fine as I could see many staffs were always there in the lobby just waiting for a call from.anynroom.service and acting promptly for the same.There are plenty of food options within a distance of just 5 minutes' walk on the road behind the hotel.
