If you have more money along with any insurance card then , you can take your treatment here. Lower income, middle class/lower middle income family cannot afford the exepences.even if you have any health insurance card, you have to pay more beyond your expectations. Medical cleaness is very bad with respective to the naming brand(Super specialist).regarding treatment I can say average. I would recommend, please get your depend treatment some where else with same price. Recently I have gone there to check my father health(kidney issue).treatment was taken so many days,in other hospital it will take hardly 5-6 days. If you ask something to the doctor, they will describe differ things, not any straight forward answer. Lastly please take care your dependent,along with all the resource and take better descion.

With lot of expectations I have visited MMI Narayana on 14/10/2025. I was suffering from Piles/ fissure. It is there for years, and when there was sever pain in the bowel movement area, I thought to meet a gastroenterologist so that i can get the exact issue and if it is necessary for an operation, I can get it done from there itself. I got an appontment of Dr. Anupam Mohapatra. Surprisingly , the doctor didn't check the affected area and not assessed how muich the condition is serious and just prescribed the medinces as per the symptems I told. I think he is hesitated or ashamed to check the private area, but being a doctor, I dont think, it should be. Otherwise , he could have refer to a surgeon etc. for a better judgement of the case. But one thing he ensured to prescribe high cost medicine , even one ointment itselft costing above Rs.300/- Fortunately I bought only for 3 days instead of 7 days as prescibed, and that also costed Rs.1300/-. It is my simple request to the management and the doctor that if you are not the concerned to treat such case or if your are ashmed of treating such case, pls don't go ahead , instead guide the patient to the concerned doctor. Don't play with the patients. Even after having the medicine, I didn't get any relief and today ( 18/10/2025) I met a proctocolgist in a small hospital, he checked the area and told me that the bowel movement area is shriking, which I felt already, and it is reaching the extreme stage and he suggeted for an operation . I agreed for a laser treatment, which may cost more than Rs.50000/- , But MMI Narayana totally disappointed me to get a good treatment in good hospital , wich I felt more secure. In the feed back given in the link provided by the hospital, I have marked the problem of consulation and I got call from the hospital to enquire the case. Thanks for the prompt response of you for the feed back. But pls instruct such doctors....

The worst experience.. I only recommend HP sinha sir here . They recommend very expensive xrays and CT scan even though that is not necessary .. It was my first visit in MMI and they really took my 1 week and after all that they didn't even clear anything firstly the neurologist recommend ed to visit ENT then again ENT department recommended me to visit neurosurgeon.. and they didn't even recognised the problem after taking my 1 week of time and with different types of CT scan and Xrays...!

Overall it was a good experience for me. I visited this last week found everything was well planned and maintained in hospital. Doctors were very professional and Dr. Abhishek Jain was excellent.

The service provide by the hospital is Ok but the Dr padhi is great doctor for the cardiology he has provided the treatment with the less risk of life . My Uncle was admitted in the hospital in the last week and today he has discharged, he having blockages on his heart is approximately 99% but the Dr. padhi has done the treatment with the help of stunts and IVR balloons the results are good. Apart from the doctor side the staff is Ok. Some nurses are very good and some are not are good specially Men staff.
