My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Raipur was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel truly lives up to the Marriott standards of luxury and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and attentive to even the smallest details. Their warm hospitality made a lasting impression. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed with modern amenities ensuring complete comfort. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room offered a peaceful environment for relaxation after a long day.The overall ambiance of the hotel was calm, elegant, and perfectly suited for both leisure and business travelers. The gym and other facilities were well-maintained, and every corner of the property reflected attention to quality and detail. In short, Courtyard by Marriott Raipur exceeded my expectations in every aspect — comfort, cleanliness, food, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Raipur.

As a solo traveller, this has been my best experience so far, polite and helpful staff, wonderful rooms, prompt service and the best part.. professionalism. Something I have seen missing in many popular hotels.. they tend to bow down easily to men in hurry, leaving women waiting.. I was pleasantly surprised at how calmly and professionally they handled it..kudos to the team to doing it right.

My stay at Courtyard Marriott Raipur was wonderfully comfortable, and what truly elevated the experience was the warmth and professionalism of the team. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and spotlessly maintained, with comfortable beds, crisp linens, and a calming décor that instantly puts you at ease after a long day. I especially liked the thoughtful touches: ample lighting, a tidy work desk, and a bathroom that feels premium with its modern fittings and great water pressure. Housekeeping keeps the rooms immaculate, making it feel fresh every time you walk in. The property itself is clean, modern, and inviting, but it’s the people who make it special. A big shout-out to Rasmita and Tarakeswari for their attentive and genuinely caring hospitality — they ensured every small request was taken care of with a smile. And Chef Manas deserves special appreciation for the delicious food; his dishes were not only flavourful but thoughtfully curated to suit our preferences. Overall, the blend of great rooms, great service, and comforting food made my stay at Courtyard Marriott Raipur truly memorable.

Service is very poor. It looks we have booked a room in Jail. Lift has the same access card as room. We both are booked one room husband and wife. But provided only one card. Everytime we have to ask the receptionist to give access in the lift so as we get access to our room.This looks like JAIL I have been to other 5star hotels but none are like this. They will give access everytime. This looks as if we are beggars. Even a small hotel has good freedom. I have asked about one more card for my wife. They said NO. Then coming to the room interiors . The centralised AC is not working well. If we are increasing the temperature still the room is cold all the time. Then we need to switch off AC then full suffocation only. There was complaint regarding the AC but no body attended properly. The manager incharge is not serious enough to attend the issue. We have booked the room for 2 nights. The room access card stopped after one day. It was pure embarrassment. The reception manager says there was some technical error. How can such mistakes happen by such high paying managers. Hotel should think about such incidents and ensure pleasant stay for the customers. Please opt for this hotel only if you are left with no other choice.

I had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard by Marriott Raipur twice recently, on December 20th and again on December 24th, and both experiences were truly excellent. The team at the front desk, especially Pratham and Uday, were very helpful, courteous, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their professionalism made me feel very welcome. There was a lady attending in the dining area who was present during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Though I regret forgetting her name, I must mention that she was extremely attentive, kind, and provided wonderful service throughout my stay. On Christmas Eve, the hotel offered a special dinner buffet option which was very well curated. It added a festive charm to the stay and made the evening memorable. The breakfast spread was elegant and lavish, with a wide variety of options that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and hygienic. Everything I needed was provided promptly, and the overall upkeep was very fine. Overall, Courtyard by Marriott Raipur stands out as one of the best places I have stayed in recent times. The combination of attentive staff, excellent dining, festive celebrations, and clean, comfortable rooms made my stay very well and very good. I look forward to returning again.
