Last month, before leaving for Pune, I left my dog here — and when I came back, he was exactly the same as I had left him: happy, healthy, and well cared for. The care they provide is truly commendable. The owner, Mr. Shubham, is highly experienced in dog care and training, and it clearly shows in the way they handle pets. I have used your services twice, but unfortunately, the second experience was disappointing. When we came to pick up our dog, we found him in a dirty condition with rashes on his sensitive areas. He also seemed scared, which made us feel he hadn't been cared for as expected. It was disappointing. Need to improve your services.
