Don't go if you are going for turtle bcoz he don't have that much knowledge about turtles . My turtle gone bcoz of him only .Also he injected multiple injection to my pet even when he is weak and later a very experienced doctor explained me that turtles are very sensitive animals and using injection is not good for them.
One to one consultancy is maintained. Doctors become friendly with the animals. Only cons which I witnessed was about the sanitation. I should recommend, After every appointment proper sanitization should be done from the staff's end. Other things are good and they have sufficient pet resources like food, equipments etc. Nice start.👍
